Holiday for a single Dad
Morning,

Looking to take my son away in August.

He is 6, can any of you furnish me with anywhere to go with my son. This is the first year that we will be going away just the 2 of us. Any recommendations welcome.

Why would he keep near his mum? if he gets upset then what he cuts his holiday with his son short and take him home to mummy?

Get him as far away from her as possible for as long as possible.

I've not met your ex mrs but think we need a link to confirm our true opinions

Spot on. Not a chance I would take a 6 year old who is use to being with his Mum out of country. In fact, speaking frankly, you would have to be a complete fucing idiot to even think about. Step forward, Zammo..

Cornwall or Devon caravan or chalet from parkdean. They have kids entertainment in the evenings, there's loads of beaches etc near all of them, activities you can do during the day etc

and if things go tits up and he's really missing his mum, you're still in the country!

Rios.
A good start for you would be to stop spending all day on here and get to know your kids .

I think euro disney is
a good affordable place to take a six year old.state sides is better.
Most normal young kids love it.

Rios take your kids hiking in The troodos mountains in Cyprus and bore the life out of your snotty creed.

Wanker.

There is a good caravan site called waterpark not far from Maldon you book it with hoseseasons and many single mums go there as well. A long weekend in a decent caravan about £250.

Shut up rios, Disney is multi billion dollar organisation, they must be doing something right, anyway it's horses for courses, if you don't like don't go, some people do and obviously like it

Oh, and Crassus' idea is probbaly a lot better than a trip to Center Parcs or Dismaland.

Re: Holiday for a single Dad
jfk, what because i have managed to take my kids on holidays and keep them entertained just by using my own and their imagination?

Or because some people need an american marketing company to entertain their kids in the way they see fit and cram their merchandise down your and their throats?

Disneyland should be banned. Its run by cunts for cunts. By them a onesie while you are there.

Then that is even worse.

If I lived next door to Machu Picchu, I would not suggest to people of modest means in the UK that they visit this World Heritage Site every year, like I do.

Here is something for a weekend when he is with you, go camping with him, pitch a tent in the garden for starters, bbq his food, get a bowl, smash up a chocolate bar and put it in, then that in a bigger bowl of hot water (bain marie) then let him dip marshmellows in it as he sits watching the sun go down as you read a story of early pioneers or adventurers. He can then tuck up and dream away with his dad righ tnext to him all night under the stars

Neighbours will think you are barking mad, your lad will love it and you for spending the time

My kids still bang on about it

SoA/frankie/Oliver Cromwell lives in LA in the states.

Didn't he tel you?

That's why he has no taste.

Disneyland is for people who need to be told where to go, what to do, and what to eat.

Its great.

- what an awful, smug, boastful post.

Most people cannot afford to fly to the States every year so this smacks of showy cuntishness.

Butlins, let the lad go to the kiddies club while you get stuck into the mucky women that frequent such places.
